With the Balance Program you will be guided by a RainPharma nutrition consultant or dietician who will go through the 3 phases of the program with you.

1. THE DOWNSIZING PERIOD
In the first phase of the Balance Program you work on an optimal weight for your body. By combining healthy food with aids such as shakes and supplements, you can quickly lose your excess weight. That makes for an inspiring start! After 10 days you will have your first check-up, then every 14 days. When you have reached your target weight, largely the first phase. That could be after just one week. In any case, the first phase never lasts longer than 12 weeks.

2. THE REDEEM PERIOD
In the second phase you gradually switch to new, healthy food over 9 weeks. During the checks, your RainPharma expert will tell you which ingredients you should look out for. This way you develop a new, balanced and healthy eating pattern and ensure that your weight remains stable.
  
3. THE RULE OF TWO
In the third and final phase of the program you will learn to maintain your new weight and renewed vitality. You come every month for a weight check with special measuring equipment. We use a margin of two kilograms of fat mass. Stay within this margin and there will be no problem. Are you going out of your way for a moment? Then you can quickly adjust again. A short, slightly stricter period will bring you back to your actual weight. By allowing your new weight to fluctuate as little as possible for a year, your body will physically adapt. This will make it easier to maintain this weight in the future.
