RECOMMENDED DOSE
1 tablet per day, preferably taken in the morning at breakfast

agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate),
vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc mono-L-
methionine sulphate, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin
B2 (riboflavin), L-selenomethionine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper
bisglycinate, chromium picolinate, 5MTHF-glucosamine (Quatrefolic®), potassium iodide, anti-caking agents
(silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), colouring food
(concentrate of radish (Raphanus sativus L.), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) and apple (Malus domestica Borkh.)),
medium chain triglycerides, colour (riboflavin), humectant (glycerol).
